What could be dreamier than getting weird and artsy in the desert with these babes?
Polly and Tessa are two of my best friends in Ridgway, and this felt less like a session and more like making art in a beautiful place with people I love.
To get to this location, we drove from Ridgway to Dominguez Escalante Canyon which is just south of Grand Junction. This spot is so close to the lush mountains of Ouray County and Telluride, but manages to feel like walking on Mars.
The day after this shoot, Tessa moved to SF, so this was kind of like a goodbye hang sesh. I was so sad to see her go but also excited for her new adventure. And I know from experience that distance has nothing on true friendship!
